Why Rent?- Rent now, buy later when you're ready. Renting a piano is perfect for college students who play, families who have kids starting lessons, piano teachers starting out, or people who want to buy but want to try out a piano.

Earn credit while you rent! If you rent for just 6 months, you'll earn a $300 credit towards any piano in our piano store. Rent for a year and you get a year's worth of rent towards the purchase of any rental piano!

You can pick out a Piano Rental Online-  Check out our pianos available on our website. These are the pianos to choose from that are in our piano store waiting to be played. You can click on a piano and enter your contact information and what piano you want, and we'll promptly give you a call and/or email you. 

Ways to Pay- There's several ways to pay. You can pay by Paypal even if you don't have a Paypal account. Paypal can automatically deduct your payment once a month for your convenience. Also, you can pay by check once a month. We will send you a monthly statement and then you can send a check by mail. Or, pay by credit card over the phone, or in our store.

Referral Program- If you are renting a piano and you refer a friend to rent a piano, you get a month free. You can get 6 months free if you refer 6 friends (As long as pianos are available to rent)

Our Terms- You can rent a minimum of 6 months to however long you want. After a 6 month contract it's month to month. There's a $45 delivery fee which includes delivery and pickup, tuning and fixing any problems that may occur.

Rental Agreement-  PAYMENT: Customer agrees to pay an initial rental payment of $___________ (Including sales tax) at this time, in advance as first months rent. Customer also agrees to pay a minimum of ________ normal payments plus applicable sales tax and fees, after which time the customer agrees to begin to make the regularly scheduled monthly payments plus sales tax or return the piano in the same condition (normal wear and tear excepted) in which it was obtained and terminate this agreement. By making a scheduled payment the customer agrees to renew for the following month.
PURCHASE: Heritage Piano Rentals agrees to apply the monthly rental payment of up to $300.00 toward the purchase price of another acoustic piano should the customer elect at some future date to purchase a piano. Customer acknowledges and agrees that all charges and fees will begin to accrue to his/her account as of this date should he/she elect to purchase at some future date. Should the customer decide to purchase the piano he/she is renting, up to a year’s worth of rent may be applied to the purchase price of the renter’s acoustic piano or 6 months towards the renter’s digital piano.
WHEN FINISHED RENTING: Call Corey at 358-6153, or email corey@pianorentals.biz to schedule pick-up of the rental piano. You must give at least one week notice before desired pick-up date. Piano pick-up may not be possible with shorter than a 7 day notice.
MOVING: Should the customer decide to move, or need to, there is a $100 fee to move the piano to the new location
RETURN/TERMINATION: Customer may terminate this agreement at any time after the minimum rental payments are made by returning the piano to Heritage Piano Rentals or an authorized agent, in the same condition when which it was rented, fair war and tear excepted. The piano will not be considered returned until it is in the possession of an authorized representative. Music teacher and other third parties shall not be responsible for the return of the piano. Customer is responsible for all rental fees and other applicable fees that accrue up to and including the date of return. All fees are due at the time the piano is returned. Heritage Piano rentals may terminate this agreement at its option at any time without notice. If the customer fails to keep any condition of this agreement including but not limited to failure to make timely monthly rental payments, misrepresentation of the facts, or any other action that may cause Heritage Piano Rentals to deem itself insecure in regards to the safety, condition, location of the piano, or the future performance of this agreement. All rental fees and any other fees that may be owed are due upon the termination of this agreement by Heritage Piano Rentals.

TITLE: Customer agrees that title and all rights of ownership in the piano rented are retained by Heritage Piano Rentals until all payments including any other fees that may be incurred by the customer are paid in full and as agreed.
LOSS OF PIANO: If the instrument is stolen, lost, damaged beyond repair, or destroyed, the customer is liable to Heritage Piano Rentals for the fair market value (contract balance) as of the time it is stolen, lost, damaged beyond repair, or destroyed. Plus all rent, taxes and other fees due until paid.
FEES: Monthly rental fees do not include any other fees that may be incurred by the customer, including but not limited to: late fees, returned check fees, pickup fees, collection fees. If sent to collections, customer is required to pay up to 50% of collection fees.
LATE FEES: A late fee of $5.00 will be charged on each payment that is received more than 10 days after the due date. A late fee will charged on each payment that is delinquent.
SERVICE: During the rental agreement the customer is responsible for servicing and maintaining the instrument in good condition. All repairs, unless covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, are the customer’s responsibility.
REPOSSESSION: Customer grants Heritage Piano rentals a purchase money security interest in the piano with right of repossession and sale, until paid in full, including collection of checks and/or honoring of credit cards.
RECEIPTS: At the customer’s request Heritage Piano rentals will provide a receipt for all payments made by cash or money order.
