How it Works

Most Common Questions
1. How soon can you deliver the piano? Usually within 1 to 3 Business days from when you reserve a piano.
2. Do you tune the piano? Yes, with acoustic pianos the $45 delivery fee goes towards delivery, a tuning and pickup.
3. How do I pay? The rental contract has the payment options on the second page. You can pay by credit card, PayPal or check.
4. Can I pay more than one month in advance? Yes, you can pay as much as you'd like in advance
5. Do I get a discount for paying up front? If you pay 6 months or more in advance you can get a discount. The amount of the discount depends on the piano but it's usually $30 or more off the total amount.
6. What if I move? Please notify Heritage Piano Rentals at least 2 weeks before you move. There is a delivery charge for moving the piano to your new location. For acoustic pianos, moving is atleast $45 depending on distance and difficulty.
If you have rented for 6 months and would like to return the piano, let us know atleast 1 week in advance so we can come pick up the piano.
7. If we move, can we move the piano? Please notify Heritage Piano Rentals. We do allow you to move the piano with permission and updated information of your new address and contact info.
8. Do you deliver to 2nd or 3rd floor apartments? We will deliver a digital piano to whatever floor you live on, but acoustic pianos we'll go to the second floor if there is room to move the piano and if there are large landings are a straight shot.
9. How far do you deliver to? We deliver as far north as Ogden and as far south as Nephi. If we can get to your location in an hour from Orem, UT, then we will deliver it. Delivery fees will be more for further distances to cover travel costs.
